About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on experience that mirrors the responsibilities of our full-time HR Leadership Program. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals and business leaders on projects that span multiple HR disciplines. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities in our HR Leadership Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Solve real-world HR challenges that impact our people and business.
- Gain visibility with senior HR and business leaders across the organization.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities tailored to your professional growth.
- Join a cohort of interns across functions with access to social events, networking, and team-building activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree, MBA, or related graduate program in Human Resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $40 per hour. This is a paid, non-exempt role eligible for overtime pay.
