About the role#
As an SAP EWM Functional Analyst Co-Op, you will work alongside business users, project leaders, and technical teams to deliver warehouse management solutions. You will focus on improving inventory accuracy and supply chain operations. This role allows you to apply classroom learning to real-world enterprise technology implementations and business transformation initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Participate in SAP EWM implementation, migration, and enhancement projects, including the conversion of regional distribution centers to SAP S/4HANA EWM.
- Assist with implementing SAP S/4HANA EWM within manufacturing operations.
- Gather requirements, map processes, and document solutions for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse movements.
- Develop and execute test scripts for SAP EWM functionality, support System Integration Testing (SIT), and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify defects and track issues through to resolution.
- Validate master data, perform data reconciliation, and support data migration activities using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare project deliverables such as process flows, training materials, and status reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support user readiness and post-deployment activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with business process analysis, software testing concepts, and defect tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Preferred: Exposure to SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ERP systems.
- Preferred: Experience with warehouse operations, data validation, or enterprise system implementations.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $25.00 per hour, depending on the year in your university program.
