About the role#
The Treasury Analyst Co-Op supports our Treasury team in managing cash, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk activities. This position provides hands-on experience in corporate finance, including cash management, forecasting, bank account maintenance, investment tracking, and debt analysis. You will work on projects that contribute to business operations while balancing your academic schedule.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily cash management, positioning, and liquidity reporting.
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
- Prepare reports on cash balances, investments, and debt portfolios.
- Maintain banking documentation and treasury systems.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends or process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and other business teams on treasury initiatives.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a Finance or Accounting program.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, cash flow management, and corporate treasury concepts.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for a team-oriented environment.
- Preferred: Experience with Treasury Management Systems, ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle, data analytics tools, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.

- Compensation: $19.80 to $22.00 per hour, depending on your year in school.
