About the role#
Lennox is looking for a Corporate Marketing and Communications intern to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position. You will support our corporate marketing efforts by organizing communication calendars, assisting with strategic plans, and creating content for our internal audiences. This role offers the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Organize and maintain communication calendars to support internal messaging.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communication strategies and tactics.
- Create, write, and edit communication materials, including presentations, videos, and other employee-facing resources.
- Manage and update intranet content and internal news communications.
- Assist with the planning and execution of communications for a global employee audience.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and corporate identity across all channels.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SharePoint is preferred.
