About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry through rotations in Sales and Insights & Analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams to turn data, retailer needs, and consumer behavior into growth plans. The program includes participation in an enterprise-wide intern cohort with networking opportunities and training focused on early talent development.
What you'll do#
- Support key customers by analyzing product assortments to identify opportunities for increased distribution.
- Create presentations for buyers that include promotion strategy recommendations.
- Learn category management techniques, data visualization, and data analysis skills.
- Develop data-driven selling stories to support new item innovation.
- Analyze promotion and pricing data to provide actionable retailer recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior, with a graduation date of May 2028 or December 2027.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, formulas, and charting.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous exposure to data analysis, market research, or storytelling with data.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
- The position runs from May 2027 through July 2027.
