About the role#
Land O'Lakes is seeking finance students for our summer internship program. You will work directly with our business unit, supply chain, or corporate finance teams. Interns take on meaningful responsibilities that contribute to business objectives while building analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for business partners.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key business trends.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with finance professionals and cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Sophomore standing or higher.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Foundational knowledge of finance or accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 2027 to early August 2027).
