About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based in Chicago. You will work on real business problems and gain exposure to finance operations within our Snacking division. The program includes formal mentorship, access to internal training resources, and networking opportunities with senior leadership. Successful completion of the internship and candidate evaluation may lead to a full-time offer within the Finance Leadership Experience program.
What you'll do#
- Drive our digital agenda by improving analytics capabilities and processes.
- Support the adoption of new applications and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments.
- Develop skills in data storytelling, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Communicate project outcomes to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Status as a student eligible to intern the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Drive for results and an agile approach to learning.
- Willingness to relocate to Chicago for the duration of the internship.
- Ability to provide your own transportation to the work site.
