About the role#
Land O'Lakes is hiring a Communications Intern for the summer of 2027. You will join our team in Arden Hills to work on projects that support our business needs. This role provides direct experience in a corporate setting.
What you'll do#
- Write and create content for internal and external channels.
- Coordinate projects and support media relations efforts.
- Research, plan, and execute various communications initiatives.
- Improve team processes, tracking, and systems.
- Gain hands-on experience with tools like SharePoint and Muck Rack.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a four-year degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- You have reached at least sophomore status in your studies.
- You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You possess strong writing and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of AP Style.
- You have prior internship or corporate work experience.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and digital content management systems.
- You have experience with digital content creation and social media tools.

- This is an on-site, full-time internship located in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
- The position runs from May 2027 through July 2027.
- This role is paid.
