About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience by applying technology and data solutions to business challenges. You will join a technology team to own a specific project in areas like data engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or cybersecurity. Throughout the summer, you will gain experience with enterprise platforms and development practices while learning how technology drives innovation at Land O'Lakes.

What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Cybersecurity, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Sophomore standing or higher, with junior standing preferred.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to collaborate and use problem-solving skills to meet objectives.
- Strong interest in learning new tools and technologies.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027, running from May through July.
- The role is based at the Arden Hills, Minnesota campus.
- You will work in a hybrid capacity, with in-office attendance required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
