About the role#
The Corporate Strategy and Business Development team leads high-profile projects sponsored by the executive leadership team. As an intern, you will work within a Fortune 250 agribusiness and food production cooperative. This 10-week summer program focuses on strategy formulation, industry insights, and M&A activities to impact company performance.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to business-critical projects that require strategic thinking and data-driven insights.
- Deliver a final presentation of project recommendations to business leaders.
- Engage in mentorship and professional development programming throughout the summer.
- Expand your professional network by connecting with senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a first-year MBA student with a graduation date in Spring or Summer 2028.
- A track record of performance on high-impact projects, including project management experience.
- Ability to conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and synthesize findings.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative strategic and financial frameworks.
- Foundational knowledge across multiple business disciplines.
- Ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional teams through influence.
- Professional confidence with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to manage tight deadlines and work through ambiguity.
- Previous food or agribusiness experience is desirable, and prior consulting experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship at $60.00 per hour.
- The role is based in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
- This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring presence on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
- The internship runs for approximately 10 weeks from June to August 2027.
- Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
