About the role#
The HR Pathways Graduate Internship offers exposure to various HR functions including business partnership, learning and development, talent acquisition, change management, compensation, and HR technology. You will gain insight into how HR operates within both corporate and manufacturing settings. This internship acts as a pipeline to the two-year HR Pathways Associate Program.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to business-critical projects that produce meaningful results.
- Participate in mentorship and professional development programming.
- Connect directly with senior leadership and grow your professional network.
- Present your project outcomes to business and HR leaders at the end of the summer.
- Build the skills and confidence necessary to launch a career in Human Resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a first-year Master student in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, or an MBA program with at least one semester completed.
- A self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior HR or business experience is a plus.
- A strong interest in the HR Pathways Associate Program after graduation.
Location & details#
- Location: Arden Hills, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027 (11 weeks, June through August).
- Compensation: $39.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Housing stipend and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
- Requirements: Full-time internship, requires a resume and cover letter for application.
