About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruiting, employer branding, and talent marketing. You will support hiring efforts for entry-level and early-career positions while leading a project to build and engage talent communities. This role is based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and is a paid, full-time opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruiting technology tools to identify and organize prospective candidates.
- Develop and pilot a strategy for talent communities.
- Create nurture campaigns to keep potential candidates engaged.
- Collaborate with the brand team to develop social media content.
- Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to outreach strategies.
- Participate in farm and facility tours, networking events, and community volunteer opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status in a Bachelor's degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Psychology, or Communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with high-volume calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and closely with others.
