About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience within our Human Resources department. You will work on real business projects that help us understand our workforce better. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and present your findings to our leadership team at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Collect and organize HR data and reports.
- Identify trends related to hiring, retention, engagement, and employee development.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Create dashboards, charts, and presentations to share insights with team members and leaders.
- Report on the effectiveness of various HR programs and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Junior or Senior class standing.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Coursework or project experience in statistics, research methods, or data management.
- Familiarity with HR systems or databases.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel to our plant locations.

- Role is based near our Middleton, WI headquarters.
- Work modality is on-site or hybrid.
- Availability required from early June 2027 through early to mid-August 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
