About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based in Hilmar, California. You will work on-site alongside our employees, gaining exposure to real business situations. The program includes dairy visits, community projects, and opportunities to interact with senior leadership. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to team projects that improve our business plans or internal processes.
- Diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
- Learn business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
- Evaluate labor productivity and growth opportunities through complex analysis.
- Analyze cost trends and resource utilization to develop performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your sophomore year at a university.
- Progress toward a degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong applied technical skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, as well as reaching, climbing, and working in small areas. You may encounter changes in temperature, humidity, and exposure to industrial substances typical of a food manufacturing environment.
