About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship based in Hilmar, California, for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site alongside our employees to gain professional experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The program includes opportunities to visit dairy facilities, participate in community projects, and engage with senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to team projects that improve our business plans and internal processes.
- Diagnose organizational issues, create solutions, and implement action plans.
- Learn our business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
- Perform complex analyses, including the evaluation of labor productivity and growth opportunities.
- Analyze cost trends and resource utilization to develop performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your sophomore year at a university.
- Enrollment in a degree program for Business, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and applied technical abilities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
