About the role#
The Human Resources Intern will support our HR team with a focus on talent acquisition, training, and process improvement. This role is for students who want to learn and contribute within a manufacturing environment. You will work on projects that help us improve our HR operations and employee experience.
What you'll do#
- Support the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Research HR best practices, workplace policies, and compliance trends.
- Review and update HR policies and employee handbook content for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure policy updates align with company values and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR data entry and reporting using HRIS tools.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment tasks like job postings and candidate correspondence.
- Participate in special projects related to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, DE&I, training, or employee surveys.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A strong interest in HR work, talent acquisition, and organizational culture.
- Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems or Workday is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Schaumburg, Illinois.
