About the role#
The Foodservice Sales Internship offers a hands-on experience within our regional sales teams during the summer of 2027. You will work directly with current customers to explore product penetration and gain exposure to the industry through distributor meetings, training sessions, and food shows. This is a full-time, paid position that requires relocation to a designated region.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Sales Associates and Regional Development Managers to plan and execute weekly visits with foodservice operators.
- Travel throughout your assigned region to support sales outreach and engagement.
- Order, prepare, and sample products while assisting with customer presentations.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of your visits.
- Assist with sales events, including distributor meetings and food shows.
- Conduct research, complete special projects, and present your findings to leadership.
- Participate in departmental and sales meetings to learn about brand tools and go-to-market strategies.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status in a bachelor's degree program for Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A valid driver's license.
- Willingness to relocate to your assigned region for the duration of the summer.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in sales or foodservice is preferred.

This role is on-site and requires relocation to one of our designated regions, which include Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; San Francisco and Sacramento, California; Columbus and Toledo, Ohio; St. Louis, Missouri; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Des Moines, Iowa; Medford, New Jersey; Towson, Maryland; or Austin, Texas.
