About the role#
The HR Intern (Bilingual) provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team in Crossville, Tennessee. This role offers exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and training. You will assist with day-to-day HR tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a global organization. Please note that due to the risk of disease transmission, employees are not allowed to own any kind of birds.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.
- Translate communications, forms, and training materials between English and Spanish to support bilingual employees.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information.
- Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications.
- Prepare employment documentation and organize personnel files.
- Help with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Enter and maintain data in HR systems like Workday and Kronos.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and training coordination.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professional discretion.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Crossville, Tennessee.
