About the role#
As a Dairy Member Services Intern, you will work with the Dairy Member Relations team to support our Member-Owners. You will gain exposure to programs like Farmers Assuring Responsible Management (FARM) which cover animal care, sustainability, and workforce development. Throughout the summer, you will meet with industry leaders, participate in member-facing activities, and learn how technology supports our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Write grant proposals and help plan in-person or virtual events focused on new farm safety programs.
- Maintain clean and reliable program data by performing regular review, validation, and quality control tasks.
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure accuracy within digital filing systems.
- Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to the Dairy Member Sustainability Program.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Communications and Marketing, Agribusiness, Agricultural Education, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of cattle production systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Location: Arden Hills, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 2027 to July 2027).
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
