About the role#
The Mars Petcare Finance Internship is a 10-week summer program for students interested in a career in finance. Interns work on real business projects with opportunities to network with peers and senior leadership. Successful completion of the internship and evaluation may lead to full-time opportunities in the Mars Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support the digital agenda by improving analytics capabilities and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments.
- Practice data storytelling, process optimization, and project ownership.
- Communicate project results and findings to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Finance, Accounting, or related business degree program.
- Status as a rising senior, interning the summer before your final graduation date.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- An agile mindset with a focus on results and a willingness to learn.
Location & details#
- Location: Franklin, Tennessee.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Requirements: Interns must provide their own transportation to the work site. Employment is contingent on the successful completion of background and drug screenings.
