About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Palm Bay, Florida, as part of the integration and test team. The schedule follows a 9/80 format, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
What you'll do#
- Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems, including loading software onto devices.
- Create and implement cost-effective procedures for testing and troubleshooting components, assemblies, and systems.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and test cases while maintaining requirements traceability.
- Document testing failures and analyze the results.
- Support formal systems acceptance testing and participate in failure investigation activities and review board meetings.
- Present your test strategies and results to internal and external customers.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of communications systems, software programming, automated testing, networks, or network security is helpful.
- Familiarity with power systems, antennas, RF, or mechanical design is beneficial.
- Experience with requirements analysis, software scripting, and automated testing frameworks is a plus.
