PHARMACY/PHARMCST-STUDENT

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for the Summer 2026 term. As a Pharmacy Student intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a retail pharmacy setting, supporting the pharmacist and pharmacy team in delivering patient care and maintaining operational standards.

What you'll do#

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Support workflow and pharmacist oversight through shift leadership, including delegating station rotations.
• Assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities, excluding those that require professional pharmacist judgment.
• Provide day-to-day training support for pharmacy associates and assist with the technician training program.
• Enter patient information into the system, perform post-fill audits, and support Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA, and report any illegal activity.
• Act as a safety subject matter expert, reinforcing sanitation and safety procedures.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an accredited pharmacy school program.
• Completion of national and/or state intern registration, certification, or licensure as required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Certified or ability to be certified in immunizations.
