About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for Summer 2026. As a Pharmacy Student, you will work on-site in Grafton, Wisconsin, to gain hands-on experience while supporting pharmacy operations and patient care initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
- Support workflow and pharmacist oversight through shift leadership, including delegating station rotations.
- Assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities, excluding tasks that require professional pharmacist judgment.
- Provide day-to-day training support for pharmacy associates and assist new technicians through training programs.
- Enter patient information into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
- Perform post-fill audits and assist in maintaining Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and report any illegal activity.
- Act as a safety subject matter expert by identifying unsafe conditions and reinforcing sanitation and safety guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited pharmacy school program.
- Completion of national and/or state intern registration, certification, or licensure as required by state regulations.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Certified or possess the ability to be certified in immunizations.
