About the role#
This is a paid, full-time pharmacy internship based in Seymour, Indiana. The position runs during the Summer 2026 term and requires on-site attendance. You will work under the supervision of a pharmacist to support pharmacy operations and patient care.
What you'll do#
- Create a welcoming environment by answering customer questions about products throughout the store.
- Input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy computer system.
- Dispense medication and contact prescribers for necessary authorizations.
- Provide immunizations under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Maintain a clean and safe department.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a US school of pharmacy.
- A current, state-issued Pharmacy Intern license.
- Ability to provide drug counseling to customers.
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues.
