About the role#
The Human Resources Intern-Supply Chain role is a 12-week immersive experience running from January 11th to April 23rd, 2027. This position offers hands-on learning within the corporate supply chain team and operational departments. You will work alongside industry leaders to refine professional skills and gain exposure to senior management.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis and assist in the creation of process improvement projects.
- Partner with teams to elicit, analyze, document, and deliver supply chain solutions.
- Document supply chain processes and best practices.
- Identify and recommend new project opportunities.
- Monitor project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Communicate project status and potential risks to the appropriate teams.
- Prepare a cumulative project summary and present your accomplishments to the executive team or managers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Preferred majors include Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Transportation, Retail Management, Food Science, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities between school and work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various organizational levels.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in groups or independently.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Commitment to customer service and accountability for decisions.
- Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
