About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Goodyear, Arizona. You will join the Process Engineering team to gain experience in our end-to-end supply chain network. You will work directly in a fulfillment center to help identify ways to streamline operations and reduce waste.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through every function of the supply chain facility and work alongside team members.
- Collect and analyze data on workflow efficiency, labor utilization, and equipment performance.
- Use analytic tools, metrics, and KPIs to complete an internship project and support business recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineers and operations staff to test and implement process improvements.
- Document best practices using visual tools like process maps and standard operating procedures.
- Gain experience with order management, transportation management, and warehouse management systems.
- Manage the full lifecycle of your assigned projects while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in professional development workshops and networking events.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is required.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Advanced Excel skills, such as vlookups, pivot tables, and macros, are a plus.
- This role requires physical activity including constant moving, reaching, and the ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
- You must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours.
