About the role#
This 8-week paid internship provides exposure to the core functions of managing a retail store. You will learn about customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, and store operations. The program runs from June through August 2027 and is based on-site in Dallas.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales and Customer Experience to learn leadership practices.
- Shadow managers in operations and visual merchandising to execute product initiatives.
- Coach and train team members to maintain a customer-focused environment and smooth store operations.
- Analyze trends to select merchandise and explore retail business strategies.
- Develop and present a project focused on business growth ideas.
- Work with leaders across various business functions.
- Foster an environment of respect and acceptance for colleagues and customers.
What you'll need#
- Currently a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. All majors are welcome.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for engaging with people.
- Problem-solving skills and a focus on driving results.
- Strong business acumen.
- Physical ability to sit, talk, hear, and use hands to touch or handle objects. You must be able to move around the workplace, reach with your arms, and use close vision.

- Note: Successful completion may lead to an offer for the Store Management Executive Development Program after graduation.
