About the role#
Kohler Co. offers a Digital Internship for students seeking hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This program runs from May 2027 through August 2027. You will work on projects that support our digital products, platforms, and business capabilities. Interns gain exposure to how technology and data drive value across the enterprise while receiving mentorship and professional development.

What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- An interest in digital products, platforms, and capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

- Location: Kohler, Wisconsin (On-site, 4 days per week).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
