About the role#
The Finance Internship at Kohler Co. offers early-career students a chance to contribute to real business projects. You will work within our finance organization to analyze data, evaluate tradeoffs, and support decision-making processes. This 10 to 12 week program provides hands-on experience and mentorship, serving as a preview for our Finance Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial reporting and project work to help leaders understand business performance.
- Partner with finance and business teams to analyze trends and turn data into recommendations.
- Support investment analysis, business cases, and strategic projects.
- Present your project outcomes and findings to finance leaders and stakeholders.
- Build technical skills by working with financial tools and reporting systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- Ability to analyze trends and evaluate tradeoffs.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Kohler, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
