About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within a global manufacturing environment. You will work on projects across logistics, strategic sourcing, planning, process engineering, and quality. The program is designed to help you understand how end-to-end operations drive business results.
What you'll do#
- Support cross-functional readiness for new product launches by tracking milestones, coordinating materials, and identifying execution risks.
- Use data to identify process waste, cost drivers, or service gaps and support projects that reduce total delivered cost.
- Observe manufacturing processes, collect time studies or workflow data, and recommend changes to improve productivity, quality, or ergonomics.
- Analyze quality data, support root cause investigations, document corrective actions, and help improve supplier or plant performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited institution with a focus in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
- Prior internship, co-op, project, or campus leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, continuous improvement, data analysis, or engineering.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

- Location: Brownwood, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Work Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
