About the role#
The Supply Chain Compliance Intern will work to reduce wholesale customer deductions and fines. You will review customer infractions, manage disputes for repayment, and support process improvements within the Customer Service Department. This role involves collaborating with teams including Order Management, Finance, Sales, and Logistics to identify cost savings and operational improvements.
What you'll do#
- Review customer infractions and initiate disputes for repayment.
- Document work instructions and create visual process maps to identify inefficiencies.
- Enhance existing reporting systems and analyze logistics performance trends.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Partner with business intelligence teams to identify and automate recurring tasks.
- Evaluate current reporting frameworks and address gaps to meet business needs.
What you'll need#
- You must be a Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited university degree program, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Prior experience in project-focused or process-oriented roles is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach and a desire to learn.
