About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in Finance and Strategy. You will work on high-impact projects and address real-world business challenges. This program is designed to develop future leaders through direct integration into our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Own and execute a strategic project that addresses a key business challenge.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and modeling to support decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Participate in networking, mentorship, and professional development sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a first-year student in a full-time MBA program.
- 3-10 years of operational experience in Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial approach and a genuine interest in the beverage industry.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
