About the role#
The MBA Summer Intern program is a 10-week experience for students to gain hands-on exposure to our business. You will work on high-impact projects that focus on People, Finance, or Marketing functions. This role is designed to help you build on your previous professional and academic background while tackling real-world business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Own and execute a strategic project that addresses a key business challenge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and modeling to support decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Engage in networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- First year MBA candidate currently enrolled in a full-time business school program.
- 3-10 years of operational experience in Strategy, People, Finance, Technology, or related functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the beverage industry.
- Ability to embody a culture of ownership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship.
