About the role#
As an Accelerated Engineering Intern, you will join our product development teams to design new technologies and products. This internship provides hands-on experience and exposure to our business processes. You will work on real projects while receiving mentorship and support from our engineering staff.
What you'll do#
- Design products and technologies using your engineering fundamentals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Industrial Design teams to drive project progress.
- Assess product designs to improve environmental sustainability.
- Organize technical activities such as test requests and bills of materials.
- Talk with customers and subject matter experts to identify ways to improve product quality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Computer, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- A solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience or interest in working within cross-functional teams.

- Location: Kohler, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (Onsite 4 days per week).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
