About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the commercial functions of our business. You will work across sales, marketing, product management, or category management to understand how we bring products to market. This role is a full-time, paid position based in Kohler, Wisconsin, running from May 2027 through August 2027. You will work on-site four days per week.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research on markets, consumers, and competitors to inform our business strategies.
- Own and deliver a key project from the initial scoping phase through your final presentation.
- Help execute marketing campaigns, product initiatives, or sales strategies.
- Analyze sales and performance data to spot trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support work across the customer journey.
- Present your insights and recommendations to team members and leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- You have strong foundational business acumen.
- You can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You possess strong communication and influencing skills.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (On-site 4 days per week).
