About the role#
Kohler is looking for a student to help expand the AI agent initiatives started during our Summer 2026 Digital Internship Program. In this part-time role, you will gain hands-on experience in generative AI, automation, and enterprise technology. You will help scale AI solutions that improve productivity and business processes across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents and Power Apps or Power Automate solutions.
- Build integrations between AI agents, enterprise systems, and various knowledge sources.
- Enhance and expand existing AI solutions created during the Summer 2026 internship.
- Support the testing, evaluation, and improvement of agent performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources.
- Work with Digital teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Follow security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
- Present project updates, demonstrations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with AI, large language models, or AI application development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, or related technologies.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
Location & details#
- Work modality: Remote.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week during the academic year, flexible around class schedules.
- Duration: Academic Year 2026-2027.
- Compensation: $31.47 per hour.
- Sponsorship: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
