About the role#
KLN Family Brands is hiring an R&D Formulation Intern for the summer of 2027. This full-time, paid internship is based at our manufacturing facility in Perham, Minnesota. You will work alongside our Pet Food Scientists and the broader operations team to support our product development goals.
What you'll do#
- Support the R&D and formulation team with daily tasks.
- Conduct product research, development, and formulation work.
- Complete a specific project driven by current business needs.
- Learn the full production cycle for our pet food products.
What you'll need#
- You are at least a junior in college.
- You are pursuing a degree in Animal Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- You work well in a team setting.
- You can work on-site in Perham, MN for the 10-12 week summer term.
