About the role#
We are looking for an R&D Formulation Intern for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside our pet food scientists and operations teams to support the development of our canned pet food and treat products. This position is based in our Delano, Minnesota facility.
What you'll do#
- Learn the full production cycle for our canned pet food and pet treat lines.
- Assist the R&D and formulation team with daily tasks.
- Conduct product research, development, and formulation work.
- Complete a specific project driven by current business needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a Junior in college, pursuing a degree in Animal Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Availability to commit to the 10-12 week program during the summer of 2027.
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- The position is full-time for the duration of the summer term.
