About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in food manufacturing within the confectionery industry. You will work closely with production managers and the operations team to understand the daily responsibilities of a production supervisor. This is a 10-12 week program scheduled for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with operations and continuous improvement teams to learn business processes.
- Observe the roles of supervisors and managers.
- Manage people and support team members.
- Collect data and attend meetings.
- Perform equipment inspections and quality control checks.
- Test and check the quality of products.
What you'll need#
- Junior status or higher in college.
- Pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- This position is based on-site in Perham, Minnesota.
- The internship is a full-time, paid position.
