About the role#
The Real Estate Capital Internship within the Income Property Group (IPG) in Boston offers a direct pipeline to full-time Analyst positions. This 10.5-week program runs from May 26, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work on projects that support the financing solutions we provide for new developments and asset acquisitions. Interns receive coaching, mentorship, and access to learning labs throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Research economic conditions and market trends.
- Build and maintain strategic contact databases.
- Conduct neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research.
- Perform field research and prepare marketing materials.
- Complete a Capstone Project based on your internship experience.
- Support the daily goals and objectives of the Real Estate Capital team.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least two years of a four-year undergraduate degree.
- Coursework in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation in or before May 2028.
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3.
- Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and financial acumen.
- Ability to synthesize and interpret information effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through extracurricular activities.
- Relevant experience is preferred.
