About the role#
This is a 10-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in banking. You will work on surveillance financial analyst tasks, complete a stretch project, and participate in loan servicing and asset management courses. Upon successful completion, you may be considered for a full-time role after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate and monitor the financial performance of income-producing properties that secure loans serviced by KeyBank.
- Review and analyze operating statements and rent rolls to identify significant changes or issues.
- Correspond with borrowers to collect required documentation.
- Assist the Surveillance Analyst with watch list commentary.
- Review annual property inspections.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising senior (completed Junior year) or graduate student.
- Coursework in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
