About the role#
This internship with the Real Estate Capital team focuses on Community Development Lending. You will support projects that provide debt and equity capital for affordable housing and community commercial real estate. The program lasts 10.5 weeks, running from May 26, 2027, through August 6, 2027. This role is a pipeline for full-time Analyst positions.
What you'll do#
- Research economic conditions and market trends.
- Build strategic contact databases.
- Conduct research on neighborhoods, industries, and prospective tenants.
- Perform field research and prepare marketing materials.
- Complete a final Capstone Project.
- Assist the team with additional tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of an undergraduate degree program.
- Coursework in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Graduation date on or before May 2028.
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through extracurricular activities.
- Relevant experience is preferred.

- Compensation: $27 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
