About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship within the Key Experience and Design team. You will work on the Employee Experience capability, helping to develop programs that make employees feel valued and connected. You will gain hands-on experience in a banking environment while contributing to projects that support a client-centric culture.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing and delivering reward and recognition programs and events.
- Connect employee programs to business outcomes using surveys, financial results, and feedback.
- Anchor experience programs into broader business strategies and priorities.
- Monitor current benchmarks and practices to make recommendations for program improvements.
- Collaborate across the bank to create relevant experiences for teammates.
- Collect and organize employee feedback and new ideas.
- Provide insights to internal stakeholders regarding program opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least two years of a four-year undergraduate degree, with an anticipated graduation date in or before May 2028.
- Coursework in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Customer Experience, Hospitality, or Computer Science.
- Strong written and oral storytelling skills to communicate complex ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- A collaborative mindset for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with employee experience theory and methodologies is preferred.

- Location: Brooklyn, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $23 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
