About the role#
The 360 Measurement & Impact Intern supports the Key Experience and Design team. You will contribute to initiatives that deepen the understanding of client and employee experiences through research and data analysis. This role involves transforming data into insights that guide strategy and decision-making. You will work alongside team members to develop research, visualize data, and collaborate across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and delivery of primary market research projects.
- Analyze large data sets and turn findings into actionable insights.
- Create concise presentations to communicate research outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to support client and employee experience initiatives.
- Learn and apply new research methods and tools relevant to the financial sector.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least two years toward an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation in or before May 2028.
- Coursework in Customer Experience, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques and data mining.
- Exposure to tools such as SAS, Python, R, SPSS, or advanced Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for applying analytical techniques to solve business challenges.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a curiosity for learning.

- Location: Brooklyn, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26, 2027 - August 6, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full time.
- Compensation: $23 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
