About the role#
This 10.5-week summer program offers hands-on experience within the Key Technology and Services (KTS) division. You will work alongside experts on projects that support our business operations and strategic goals. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with teammates across the organization. Successful completion of the internship may lead to consideration for our full-time KTS Rotational Analyst Program.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects that directly impact KeyBank business and operations.
- Participate in Learning Labs to gain insight into financial services and professional development.
- Engage in business analysis, process improvement, and project management tasks.
- Collaborate with teams focused on areas such as business delivery, enterprise data, and technology infrastructure.
- Build your professional network through interactions with colleagues at all levels.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least three years toward an undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through work experience or extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in business software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.
Location & details#
- Location: Brooklyn, Ohio (On-site).
- Term: May 26 to August 6, 2027.
- Compensation: $25 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
- Employment Eligibility: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
