About the role#
KEITH is hiring a Landscape Architect Intern or Co-op to join our studio in Pompano Beach. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, and construction managers to develop projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to urban parks and streetscapes.
What you'll do#
- Follow firm standards for design quality and project execution.
- Create design sketches, sections, illustrative plans, and renderings.
- Research and interpret land development regulations.
- Prepare technical drawings for entitlements, site plans, permitting, and construction documents.
- Assist with field tree inventories, arborist reports, and tree disposition plans.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings.
- Conduct construction observation, including site inspections and processing submittals.
- Coordinate with contractors and represent the firm at community meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BLA, BS, or MS in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Between 0 and 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

- This role is based on-site in Pompano Beach, Florida.
- This is a full-time, paid position with rolling start dates.
