About the role#
As a Campus FPGA Engineer Intern, you will join a team building next-generation, ultra-low-latency systems to power trading. You will work on complex challenges involving networking, high-performance computing, and real-time acceleration, moving beyond off-the-shelf hardware solutions. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers to design, develop, and deploy custom technology.
What you'll do#
- Build high-performance trading systems integrated with machine learning and other algorithms.
- Solve complex technical problems related to hardware acceleration and networking.
- Collaborate with engineers experienced in FPGAs, semiconductors, and networking.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of technology design, development, and deployment.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate or graduate concentration in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with FPGA or hardware/systems design and development.
- Proficiency in RTL (SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL).
- Previous internship experience in hardware or low-level software engineering.
- Experience with C, C++, or Python.
- Ability to apply knowledge from diverse technical areas to create high-performance solutions.
