About the role#
The Campus Quantitative Trader internship is an intensive 10-week program designed to develop your trading aptitude and provide insight into the daily responsibilities of a full-time quant trader. You will receive training in trading strategies, market mechanics, statistics, and the research process for signal generation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while receiving daily 1:1 mentorship from experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Participate in mock trading sessions and poker training modules.
- Collaborate with trading teams on projects with real-world impact.
- Focus on improving probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and overall trader mindset.
- Engage in training across trading, research, and development functions.
What you'll need#
- Outstanding skills in probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning.
- A competitive spirit and a strong drive to learn and improve.
- Programming experience.
- An appetite for risk-taking.
- A demonstrated interest in financial markets.
- Pursuit of a degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics.

- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
