About the role#
This 10-week internship offers an intensive experience within the team responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure and pipelines that support firm-wide data. You will work alongside experienced data engineers and receive ongoing coaching from a dedicated mentor. This program serves as a primary path for identifying candidates for future full-time opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain infrastructure and pipelines for data.
- Work on projects involving production code.
- Gain experience with the full-cycle process for development, testing, and release using Agile methodologies.
- Apply programming and analysis skills to maintain and develop data solutions.
What you'll need#
- Hands-on experience in Python development on a Linux platform.
- Strong understanding of data structures and threading models.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Passion for solving complex problems and building optimal solutions from scratch.
- Comfortability with Claude Code.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
