About the role#
This internship is a 10-week program for students interested in building web applications for real-time trading systems. You will work within our core development team to build tools that support our global trading operations. This role serves as a primary path for identifying candidates for future full-time positions.
What you'll do#
- Build web-based applications that interact with components of our trading platform.
- Write and deploy production code.
- Manage the full development lifecycle including testing and release.
- Use Agile methodologies to organize your work.
- Collaborate with a global team of technologists.
What you'll need#
- Hands-on experience in web development using Python and Typescript.
- Proficiency with Python development on Linux.
- A strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and threading models.
- An interest in applying knowledge of hardware, networking, and OS design to software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
