About the role#
The Corporate Analyst Development Program is a nine-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience in one of three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. You will work on meaningful projects that influence business outcomes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and build foundational skills valuable across various career paths. This program is not aligned with front-office, client-facing, or software engineering roles.
What you'll do#
- Analytics: Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities; translate analysis into actionable recommendations and support decision-making through structured problem solving.
- Project Management: Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities, coordinate across teams to keep work aligned, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, support initiatives that enhance systems or ways of working, and implement changes that drive measurable impact.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies with a digital-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
- Relevant academic majors include Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Human Resources.
