About the role#
The Corporate Analyst Development Program is a nine-week summer internship designed to build foundational skills in analytics, project management, and process improvement. You will contribute to projects that influence business outcomes and gain exposure to senior stakeholders. This program is intended for students who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and improving processes. High-performing interns may receive an offer for our two-year full-time rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities while translating analysis into recommendations.
- Coordinate across teams to keep work on track and aligned with business priorities.
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving.
- Help implement changes that drive sustainable and measurable impact.
- Use modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate insight generation.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies with a digital-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
- Majors including Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Human Resources.
