About the role#
This nine-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in the Corporate Analyst Development Program. Participants work on projects that influence business outcomes and gain exposure to senior stakeholders. You will develop foundational skills in one of three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. This program is designed for students interested in solving problems and improving processes rather than front-office, client-facing, or software engineering roles. High-performing interns may be considered for the full-time program.
What you'll do#
- Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities while translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving and the use of modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Coordinate across teams to keep work on track, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support initiatives that enhance processes and systems, helping to implement changes that drive measurable impact.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies with a digital-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
